This Privacy Policy explains how Action Mind Group Pty Ltd (we, us, our) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when you use the ActionMind assessment and related career services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What personal information we collect• Identity & contact: name, email address, phone (if provided), apartment/ID, employer details (if provided).
• Assessment: answers to the ActionMind questionnaire, validity-check responses, and derived assessment outputs (scores, bands, suggested actions).
• Transaction data: payment records (we do not store card details; payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal).
• Usage & technical: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps and logs.
How we collect information
• Directly from you when you complete the assessment, register, purchase a service, or contact us.
• From service providers such as Stripe, Google (Sheets/Drive/Docs) and Autocrat that support the service.
• Automatically when you use our website (cookies and analytics).
Why we collect and how we use personal information We collect and use personal information to:
• Provide and personalise the ActionMind report and related services.
• Generate and deliver PDF reports by email or to your user account.
• Share results with nominated coaches or employers if you expressly consent.
• Process payments and handle refunds.

Disclosure and overseas transfers
• We do not sell personal information.
• We may disclose personal information to service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., Google Workspace, Autocrat, Stripe, email providers). These providers may process data overseas. We use contractual protections and reputable providers to maintain appropriate safeguards.

Data security and storage
• Your data is stored in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) and related services. Access is restricted to authorised staff. We use account controls and recommend multi factor authentication.
• We retain personal data for no longer than necessary to provide services — typically up to 2 years after last activity, unless otherwise required by law or you request deletion.
• If a data breach occurs, we will comply with applicable notification requirements and notify affected individuals and the OAIC as required.
